It literally “opens the door” to a vastly superior quality of life and drastically liberating financial freedom to obtain personal care consistent with their medical needs. Care/Services are focused on an individual assessment of person’s capability for self-completion of what’s called Activities of Daily Living.

Since its creation in 1965, non-MAGI Medicaid for the Aged (i.e., the Elderly) has become one of the most complex, convoluted and unwieldly areas of laws, coverages, reimbursement procedures and practices ever enacted in our nation. Federal laws, administrative decisions and regulations are implemented within our nations 50 States, and about 14 US Territories.
